John Schlacter
Chief Executive Officer, iLOS
John Schlacter is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur, and strategic business leader with more than two decades of experience spanning technology, commercial real estate, finance, energy, investment, and international business.
Throughout his career, John has built and managed companies across multiple industries, leading multimillion-dollar transactions, business development initiatives, technology integration, asset management, and complex investment projects. His early leadership experience in IT and software integration established a foundation for his ability to bridge technology with practical business operations.
As CEO of iLOS, John leads the company’s commercial strategy, operations, partnerships, and global growth as iLOS develops intelligent AI agents and automation systems designed to transform how organizations operate.
John holds a B.A. in International Relations with a minor in Business Management from the University of San Diego and an M.A. in Political Science, focused on international trade and politics, from the University of Texas at El Paso. He also completed postgraduate studies at Miami University focused on European business integration and Central Asian trade.
